Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Our commitment
Deep by Cruise is committed to the safety of all users, including children and minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to all users, content, and features on our platform.
Prohibited content and behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on Deep by Cruise and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:
- - Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, video, audio, or written content that sexualises minors
- - Grooming behaviour — any communication intended to establish trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- - Solicitation of sexual content or contact from minors
- - Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM or CSAE-related content
- - Using Deep by Cruise or direct messaging features to facilitate the exploitation or abuse of children
- - Impersonating a minor or using a false identity to contact minors
Reporting obligations
We comply with applicable legal reporting obligations, including:
- - Co-operating with law enforcement upon receipt of valid legal process
- - Preserving relevant evidence in accordance with legal hold requirements
How to report
If you encounter content or behaviour on Deep by Cruise that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

All reports are treated with urgency. Reports involving CSAM are escalated immediately and handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
Consequences of violations
Confirmed violations of these standards will result in:
- - Immediate and permanent account suspension
- - Removal of all associated content
- - Reporting to NCMEC and/or relevant law enforcement
- - Legal action where appropriate
There are no warnings for CSAE violations.
